Get in Touch With Us

This page explains how to contact the Offshore Sportsbooks for US Players editorial team, what we can help with, and where to go for problems we can't solve. Everything on this site is for adults only: you must be 21 or older, or older still if your state or a sportsbook sets a higher minimum age.

What we can help with

We're an independent comparison site. We research and review offshore sportsbooks that accept US players, and we welcome messages about that coverage. Typical reasons to write:

  • Corrections: an offer, rollover requirement, payment method or limit on our pages looks out of date or wrong.
  • Reader experiences: you want to share how a sportsbook handled a payout, verification request or support ticket. We treat this as a reader report, not as verified fact, and it may prompt us to re-check a review.
  • Methodology questions: you'd like to know how we assess odds, market coverage, banking, payout reliability and trustworthiness.
  • Suggestions: a topic, comparison or sportsbook you'd like us to consider.
  • Business or partnership enquiries: please say who you represent and what you propose.

How to write to us

Use the contact method provided on this site, such as the contact link in the footer. We don't publish a separate email address or phone number in this copy, so please use only the channels the site itself shows. Be wary of anyone claiming to be us from another address or social account.

  1. Name the page you're writing about, such as a sportsbook review or comparison.
  2. Quote the statement you're questioning and say what you believe is correct.
  3. Add the date you saw the information, and a link or screenshot if you have one.
  4. Leave out passwords, full card numbers, wallet seed phrases and ID documents. We never need them.

We read messages and aim to reply where a reply is useful. We can't promise a response time, and we may not answer messages that only ask for picks or sportsbook recommendations tailored to you.

What we can't do

We don't operate any sportsbook. We can't open, unlock or verify your account, release a bonus, speed up a withdrawal or recover funds. We also can't act as a go-between in a dispute.

That matters because offshore sportsbooks are licensed outside the US, sit in a legal grey area for US bettors, and carry no US state regulation or player protections. There is no state gaming commission or board you can escalate to, and no guaranteed dispute process or segregated funds. If you have a payout problem, start by contacting the sportsbook's own support in writing and keep copies of your messages, transaction records and the terms you agreed to. For legal or tax questions, consult a qualified professional. Also check your own state's laws before you bet.

How we handle corrections and commercial links

We may earn a commission if you sign up with a sportsbook through links on this site. That doesn't buy a higher position. Rankings rest on our research into odds, market coverage, bonuses, payout speed and reliability, banking including crypto, and trustworthiness. Editorial ratings are our own assessments, not customer-review scores. Offers change often, and any bonus has material terms such as rollover or wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits and eligibility. Read them on the sportsbook's site before depositing. If you find a discrepancy, tell us and we'll review it. Facts on this page were last checked on September 30, 2026.

If you're also looking at casino-style sites, our page on non GamStop casinos covers that separate topic, though its focus is not US betting.

Responsible gambling support

Betting always risks losing money, and an offshore sportsbook may also delay or refuse payment. Crypto balances can lose value too. Only wager what you can afford to lose, never chase losses, and never bet to escape stress or money problems. Offshore sportsbooks may lack the self-exclusion and limit tools regulated US operators must offer.

If gambling is causing harm, call or text 1-800-GAMBLER for free, confidential support in the US. You can also mention it in a message to us, and we'll point you toward support resources.
